Our members receive a link to schedule time with as little notice as 15 minutes. For instance, you can reserve your time at 4:00pm by 3:45pm (provided it’s available, of course).
Hours of Operation
The facility is available 24/7 to all members (with security access, which has a one-time $15 activation fee). The member calendar is currently set to accept appointments between 5am and 11pm. If ever there is a time that you want to reserve a cage between 11pm and 5am, it is almost certainly available. All you have to do is text the owners, Monica or Byron, to inform them that you will be there at that time for security purposes.
Equipment
Someone from our staff will meet you at your first session to show you how to use the equipment and answer any questions you have.
