Membership applies to family/household members only and requires a 12-month minimum commitment.

*There is a one-time $15 fee for security access.

Pay-as-you-go Membership

$30 each month provides the following benefits:

-Security code entry allowing 24/7 access*
-$20 per 60-min rental (normally $45)
-$10 per 30-min rental (not available to non-members)
-Use of all available equipment
-Priority scheduling around teams during Jan-Mar

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU LifeLong Sports is committed to providing Greater Lafayette’s youth an environment where they can work with their coaches, parents, or other trainers to reach their maximum playing potential. GENERAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS Memberships are extremely limited to ensure that space is available for all. The months of January-March will have limited availability due to team use. Membership fees may be modified from time-to-time. All memberships require an automatic recurring monthly payment which will occur on the 1st of each month following your initial sign-up. Membership does not cover any additional lessons or camps that may be offered. Not all equipment will be available at all times. Memberships are not assignable or transferable and any attempted transfer or assignment shall be null and void. The Grand Slam and Home Run memberships include the following: *Up to one hour of cage or pitching lane use per day The Pay-as-you-go memberships includes the following: *$20 per 60-min rental *$10 per 30-min rental PAYMENT TERMS Your membership fee payments will be automatically processed each month based on the membership option selected. Additionally, we will send you an invoice for any additional charges that have been incurred for the prior month on, or around, the 1st of each month. A late fee of $30 will be applied for any payments not received by the end of the month. A charge of $25 will be made for any checks returned due to insufficient funds. AFTER HOUR ACCESS – ACTIVE MEMBERS ONLY After hour facility access is available and there is a one-time $15 setup fee for security access. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION For the Grand Slam Membership, we require a minimum commitment of 12 months from the start date of our agreement. For the Home Run Membership, we require a minimum commitment of 3 months from the start date of our agreement. Thereafter, you are able to cancel your membership, at any time, for any reason with a minimum of 30 days notice. This notice can be emailed to info@lifelongsportstraining.com.
